Godspeed.
Good luck!
I just finished Valkyria the other day, it’s good shit outside of the occasional cheap shots the game likes to give you (ENEMY PHASE, OH LOOK AN ANTI-TANK UNIT HAS SUDDENLY ARRIVED AS A REINFORCEMENT DIRECTLY BEHIND ONE OF YOUR TANKS’ WEAK SPOTS.) But yeah, one of the better if not the best game of the year.
Dunno if you prefer your vidya in JP or English (I played in English) but Fukuyama Jun apparently voices the main villain, while Suzaku’s VA plays the main character’s best friend, which in retrospect makes one of the scenes towards the end of the game kinda funny.
Careful, we might see a Geass Chronicles post if you tell her things like that.
It’d be somewhat hard to link the two to a great depth, but I reckon I could probably have a go at some point. It would mainly involve the secondary characters, which are pretty flexible moulds anyway.
Valkyria Chronicles is awesome – the best SRPG in years, and probably best game on PS3.
Having both Japanese and English voices is fantastic, though the English text translation doesn’t actually always match up with the Japanese dialogue. And yes, having Lelouch giving orders as Maximilian is really odd and really amusing.
Koda, VC sucks. Don’t kid yourself.

Oh, also, I didn’t notice that Faldio was voiced by Suzaku. I heartily concur with Spleener, then.
Valkyria Chronicles is a secret Skies of Arcadia sequel and is therefore awesome.
After playing Persona 4 for 6 days in a row, time to finally finish the last 2 missions of VC.
